This song is from the film Koi...Mil Gaya. It stars the luscious Hrithik Roshan, and it has the distinction of being the first Bollywood film ever made with a science fiction theme.
Hrithik plays the character of "Rohit", a developmentally disabled young man who is helped to become above normal by an alien! It borrows strongly from "E.T.".
